As promised here is my tutorial of the dark rays effect for terragen. It's pretty basic I think really... But come on it's my first ever tutorial for crying out loud! >_< Oh yeah, it's typo heaven in there too... so go easy please 
Also I need to make an ammendment, when I say increase the size of the sky to 1,000 I really meant 10,000... oops, ony a difference of ten times the size Check the download file to see my terrain and 3 of the steps from the tutorial. Also feel free to use the Terrain in any way you wish
